Sorry, I have to admit to some smiles when people say "Is my <pretty good card> enough for BF3?"
Of COURSE it is enough. The game will RUN on it just fine at sensible quality. What it might not do is allow you to have ultra settings at HD res.
Just thought I'd throw that in here in case the OP might prefer to save his money until the game is actually out and tested before deciding(Also I believe the open beta is out today?)

I'm running a single 5850, and its ripped through everything I've thrown at it since I got it.
Maybe not on max settings at ultra high rez, but then I am using a 40" TV as a monitor for now- high rez means I have to squint to read text from way back on my sofa. =D
Upping rez, while it does make things sharper, is a real hit on performance. Heck just dropping down a few notches allows you to ramp up all the other shiny options in most games.
