Confused at Mass Effect 1 install

Hey guys

I got a free copy of Mass Effect 1 from gamestation (long story). Anyway it arrived today, just a bog standard edition with 2 dvds. So I install the first disc which goes perfect, after first disc is installed you can play the game.

Hmmmm so what is dvd 2? Why did that not install. With First disc installed I can play the game without and discs in the drive. But what is that disc 2 for.

Thanks for the help. You are spot on andshrew + sweey I went into the data folder and it had some different language rar's. What a waste of a dvd lol

Thanks ever so much, I would not have know about that otherwise. The download works fine but you cant get the cdkey in the exact same way anymore, it has been removed, you need to contact EA live chat. He told me the keys were all the same now so I can share what I was given, if he was wrong who cares. Only a dlc key

Please note cdkey is only for the free dlc pack :) In fact he never even asked for my game cdkey just gave me the details right away.

Now you can settle down and enjoy it :D

I've played it three times already (two different characters to the end of the ME2, one lost character after a hard drive crash) and I'll definitely play it at least once more, probably after finishing ME3 with both of my existing characters.
