i have to dell xps 720 (don't laugh) and as you would expect overclocking is locked in the bios however according to dell if i bought any extreme processor it would automatically become unlocked, does this mean they have actually locked the multiplier and the CPU speed on the processor?
Confused, cpu locked in bios or is it
