Hello everybody!

I am considering upgrading my monitor for a 22 inch one (22 being the largest size I can have due to space restrictions). I have been reading the monitor page for the last couple of days trying to understand what I need and what would be best for the money. I cannot figure out the different types of panel that are on offer, how do I tell which ones are best and which ones are on the monitors I want? Please could somebody pick some 22" monitors from OCUK that have the following.

22 inch widescreen
built in speakers (needed unfortunately)
at least DVI, preferably DVI and HDMI
Adjustable stand would be great
Not a TN panel due to viewing angles

Thanks very much for any advice given and any knowledge shared.

Only 22" non-TNs are Eizo S2231W and 1920x1200 Lenovo L220x.
Both are serious monitors so they lack soap box quality speakers.

I think I was hoping for too much, as you said those are premium (moneywise for me) and after looking around for much of today I have fallen way short of what I wanted.

So I will now buy seperate speakers and drop the non TN panel from the list with those gone I think that leaves me with more choice. Thanks for the input.

Very costly....BUT, have a look at the Asus PG221 monitor. My uncle wanted a monitor with the specific feature set of the PG221 and i must say it looks impressive when setup correctly!
The speakers, which are built in, include a subwoofer and are way ahead of any other monitor soundwise. If you have space constraints AND need to have the features it offers, then worth a look. Still lacks height adjust though and for the money there are better monitors, but none with that feature set !
