Confused on stats

Why is the Intel Xeon 3200 X3220 £100 more than the Q6600 when their stats look exactly the same (2.4ghz, 8MB cache, 1066FSB), there must be something I'm missing here?

The Xeon is a server processor adapted to work with desktops, they are very similar except that the Xeon is designed to run 24/7 and is (i beleive) made with slightly higher quality silicon. There is really very little difference and they both clock/perform very similarly. You also get a free game with the Q6600 so really its not worth the extra £100 or whatever.
