Confused over my RAM

Hello,

Noob question here regarding my ram. It's 4GB of OCZ Platinum 6400 - this stuff.

Now, when I check cpu-z, it says the RAM Speed is 401.8 MHz (1:2) @ 6-6-6-18. Shouldn't it be 800mhz?

Here are my CPU-Z stats.

Also, my ram says it's at 2.1v in the bios, yet shows as 1.8 in cpuz.

ddr m8te .. times cpuz by 2 .. and bam .. real speed so u are running at 800

Cool, thought so. Any thoughts on my problem changing the voltage?
