Confused whether to upgrade

Hi all,
I know you probably get this query a lot. I can only but apologies to add to those numbers, but I'm not overly familiar with building pcs, and I've only done it once in 2013 (after I was fooled by Dell. I vowed never to build a ready build pc again).

So back in 2013 I built my first pc. At the time I think it was pretty good. But I'm starting to feel struggles now.
I do play some AAA games but I'm not a massive massive gamer. I do like playing cities skylines with plenty of mods and assets.. But my pc doesn't like that anymore. And I use photoshop for graphic work quite regularly and I like to do some video editing/rendering, again my pc seems to struggle and fail in that department of late also. So after so many years, I think it might be time to upgrade some or all my pc.
the reason I decided to post, was through the research I've done so far, everywhere says my set up is still reasonable.
I'll post my stats here, and if any one is able to offer any advise, I'd be forever grateful.

CPU: Intel core i7 4770k @ 3.5ghz
MB: Asus gryphon z67
Memory: ddr3 16gb
PSU: corsair cx750m (750w)
GPU: nvidia geforce gtx 770
Windows 10 (64bit)
1 SSD @120gb (mainly for system windows 10)
I have another SSD which is larger but its not plugged in yet
And I have a standard 1t HDD.

Again thanks for anyone out there listening and possibly able to help

Cheers

About £600 for this instance I'll have to phase my spending die to bills etc but in 5/6 months time I can buy some other bits.

Do you mean I should focus replacing motherboard and memory firstly? (and cpu aswell?)

OK.. Brill.. Can I ask 1 last thing.. For cpu.. So I can get the best out of gaming and editing. Would a Ryzen do? Was thinking along the lines of a Ryzen 7 3700 (and a MSI tomahawk mobo)?

Certainly providing some food for though, so cheers
