Confused which case to pick...

My mate is thinking of changing hes coolermaste 430 for something better as he has money for it.

They are the cases that he was thinking of:

Coolermaster Storm Scout
CM storm enforcer
Fractal R3
Fractal Arc Midi

It has to keep low temps as he likes to overclock.
Also the case needs to be quite.

budget around 70 quid.

R3 is great. I have R2
Arc isn't as not as quiet but cool a little better.

Edit:
Case runs 1-3c above ambient.
Fans normally run 730rpm with CPU 40c = near silent
50% CPU 900rpm @ 52c = quiet whisper
100% CPU 1200rpm @ 59c = loud whisper.
Temps based on 21c ambient
