I'm really confused are these three motherboards exactly the same one?

Yes - but the B-grade one is on a 14-day warranty, the Clearance one should be new, but they quite often mix up new and b-grade in my experience and the new one is new.

So just to confirm, the third one i've linked to is definately brand new? Sorry, its just I really want to make sure that i'm getting what i'm after.
