What is the best way to set up a xbox 360 using a dell 2005fpw ? I have the HD cable that came with the xbox and i also have a vga cable. I only have 2 speakers ( just 2 seperate speakers with a line in input).

Can somebody give me a solution ?

the 2005FPW does not have component input does it?

Meaing VGA would be the best bet, in regards to speakers unless you have a 5.1 setup you may need a little Phone to 2mm Jack thing

If by VGA cable you have the 360 VGA cable, and not just a PC VGA cable, then that's the one to use. The official MS 360 VGA cable is better than the 3rd party ones btw. The MS VGA cable also has audio connectors and a phono-to-3.5 mm adaptor, and that should allow you to connect it to most speakers. Then set your 360 to 1280*1024 and set the screentype to 'wide' (trust me on this, it does look better than 1280*720 or 1360*768) and you're ready to go.
