Hey guys i overclocked my cpu i think from 2.0ghz to 2.4ghz but i ran cpu-z and it says 2000.00mhz but on my computer screen it says 2.4ghz here are the pictures if someone can clarify it is 2.4ghz i would be grateful

It says your bus speed is 200MHz, which is stock for that CPU, so it isn't overclocked.

Also, check if Cool 'n' Quiet is enabled in the BIOS. It looks like it's off, whereas you should have it on for maximum efficiency.
 
with a lot of modern mobo's if they crash they often reset the bios to default in case its the OC thats caused it, I presume thats whats happened here, thats why a lot of them now include OC profiles so its easy to reload your settings, reclock and carry on
 
You picked quite an inappropriate name for yourself really. God indeed.

Windows has no idea, just ignore it. Cpu-z is the one to watch. I suspect that you have not overclocked it to 2.4ghz. What are the defaults for your hardware? Core speed, multiplier, HT link, bus speed etc. And what have you changed from defaults so far.

Have you read one of the (many) guides on overclocking before starting this?
