I have a case (ASUS TUF Gaming GT302) that has 4 pre-installed fans...
when I checked that in bios, FAN profile section only cha1 fan is active and the rest are deactivated?!

unfortunately, I am amateur about pc hardwares...
how can I check that?
my motherboard is ASUS TUF GAMING B760-PLUS WIFI
2 main ways:

1) Check the cables plugged into your motherboard, specifically the fan headers (3/4 pin connectors) if you're not sure where there are look in the motherboard manual and they'll be a diagram of the board and it'll show the fan headers.

2) Following the wiring from each fan, does each one connect to the motherboard individually or does the wiring plug into the next fan in a chain so to speak?

Also, on the BIOS screen, where you saw the fan listed, is there a pull down tab to change the fan you're looking at, as it may only be showing you one fan speed at a time?

Are all the fans spinning and running ok?

about what you said I'll check them as soon as possible but At least in appearance, all the fans are spinning and running properly...

The motherboard labels for stuff don't directly correspond to how your PC is actually configured, they only relate to what is plugged into the headers on the motherboard.

In other words, if you have four fans listed in the motherboard's BIOS, that rarely means you've actually four independent case fans connected to each header.
