Connect 12cm fans to PVM header on Graphics Card?

I have a Prolimatech graphics card cooler. It's massive and uses 2 12cm fans. I'd like to be able to control automatically in the same way that fans on the graphics card would be controlled - MSI Afterburner etc.

The fans I have on it at the moment have 3 pin fan and 4 pin molex connections - I assume I'd need to switch to PVM fans to start with.

After I do that, is it possible to connect them both to the graphics card header?

I wouldn't trust doing that myself
unless it was an old GPU card that i didn't care if it broke

Connect them to a motherboard fan header and control them through that..

You could try Speedfan to make a fan curve based on temperature perhaps?

I already have them connected to the motherboard header. There's no way to control them based on GPU temps.

Speedfan doesn't detect my graphics card temp.
