connect 3d x1900xt question

i bought this last year in july,now it is acting up,funny black lines and sometimes cant even see the boot screen,it must be this card as when i put my card in the computer it is ok,and if i put the x1900xt in my main pc it does the same,do i get in touch with overclockers or is connect 3d got there own web site cheers,

Contact overclockers first, then if they say to talk to Connect3D, do so

well contacted overclockers today and they said send it back to them and if it is damaged they will give me a new one,but ive checked on there site and they dont do them anymore will they get one from connect 3d for me,and how long does it take as i dont want the kids to be going on my pc,thanks for any advice

They'll more than likely give you an x1950 XT/XTX if they are going to replace it, as they can only replace it with the same, or better performance, and now that x1900's are long gone, its an x1950 you'll get as they can't give you another one of those.

well overclockers said it was broken sothey refunded my money which was nice of them,will buy the kid a cheap one and keep the diffence for when i upgrade
