Hello I'm going to connect every think to my 37inch 1080p tv
my ps3 xbox360 and my pc setup

How would i get sound from all? i have a sound card 7.1 on the pc and hdmi on my 4850 gfx card
my tv has 2x hdmi ports
 
I havn't got a 360 or ps3 but cannot ps3 and pc use hdmi and 360(not sure if your 360 is hdmi) conponent/vga with audio inputs red and white,you never said if you get a amp either.
edit:- you need a ati card for sound over hdmi i think
