Connect Mac Mini to CRT TV

I've been searching around the web trying to find out what cables and converter box I might need to connect my late 2009 Mac Mini (with mini DVI and MDP) to my girlfriends CRT Sony TV as a media centre running Boxee.

I've found a few threads but most link to equipment on US stores. I wondered if anyone here in UK has done this and where you bought your equipment from?

You'd also need another VGA cable for that?

Apple do a mini DVI to S-video adaptor, it's around £20 IIRC. Quality won't be great, can't you get her to upgrade to an LCD and stick the £20 towards that? :D
