Connect USB HDD to Ethernet Router

Is there a product/solution to connect a usb hdd to a wireless router via ethernet.

I obviously do not want to have to connect it to a turned on PC
nor do I want to purchase a NAS

Alternatively, if there is a cheap hub that has a USB port on it
