Connecting 3 cd rom drives

I've got hold of an intel 3.2 dual core processor but would still like to retain my 3 ROM drives - trouble is from what I can see most motherboards now have only one IDE channel. Is there any way around this?

Why do you need three? I cant see any reason to go beyond two myself

Howevr you can get PCI IDE cards which should give you more channels or the other choice is to go for one of the few sata optical drives around

I can't see why you would want to, but would an ide to sata convertor do the trick?

A pci ide card would do the job if you can find one OCuk don't have them. But why 3 cd roms ? :confused:

Some of my drives read some cds that others don't - if you know what I mean.
I'd just like to keep them all in my new system - got attached to them!!

Thanks for the advice - I think I'll try and get one of the pci - ide cards.
