Connecting 360 and PS3 to one audio input?

Right my TV (Hyundai Q261) only has one set of Analogue audio inputs for the VGA/DVI video input. My 360 is connected by VGA and my PS3 by HDMI>DVI.

At the moment I have to keep switching between them to get audio which is very inconvenient. What do I need to have them both connected at the same time?

If you can use an optical input into your TV or amp, you can get an optical splitter, it was the only way I could use Sky and the Xbox
