connecting 360 to net

Does my bro have to connect it directly to my router or can he connect to my laptop which is connect wireless to my router?

I dont have a wire long enough from router > xbox as we are in different rooms.

Its either that or spent loads on a wireless thingy

Apparantly its a setting on the 360??

I'm giving it a go after my dinner ill let u know how i get on lol

Not sure where this ICS setting on windows is tho?

bridge the wireless and ethernet connection. The laptop did the rest

I just followed it step by step and xbox just connected on its own.
