Connecting 360 to PC?

Is it possible to stream files from a vista pc to the xbox360? I could get it working fine when using XP.

The 360 is connected to a router by wireless and the pc is connected by ethernet. When I run the media test on the 360 it passes the PC seletion but fails on the PC connection test. It says I must be running zune or media player 11, I am running them both and it still fails.

Does anyone know what to do?

enable sharing with the 360 in WMP?

If you've got Vista Home Premium or Vista Ultimate, use Media Center. Works a treat.

Media Sharing is switched on and i've allowed the 360, the windows firewall is also switched off but still not working.

Tried media centre but the Xbox is saying it can't find a media centre pc.

Managed to get it fixed, I can stream files but can't get the media centre extender to work. When setting it up it gets passed the searching for extender but gets an error on when configuring the extender.
