connecting 360 to tft?

I've got XBOX premium pack, what would I need in addition to that to get it connected to the tft, and also what do I do sound wise? just got a standard nforce 2 mobo, no soundcard......... i've got a surround sound setup, cheapo logitech 5.1.

for instance that, where do I plug those phono leads? aint got a stereo. Is there anything like a converter that'l let me plug into a standard jack plug on the back of my mobo? :s ... my sub for surround sound only has outputs for the speakers.
