connecting a blutooth mouse to my phone

Hello
I'm trying to connect my b tooth mouse to my phone, want to connect my phone to my screen as I have a really crap tinternet connection sometimes, I have a 3 unlimited data plan, ive managed to connect my mouse but for some reason I cannot see the mouse on the screen of the phone, ie when you move the mouse nothing happens on the screen, mu phone is a nokia Lumia 930 phone, any ideas??

I'm running the Windows 10 preview on my Lumia 930 and there is a new settings menu for Mouse settings.
When I get home tonight I'll try paring with a Bluetooth mouse and see if the outcome is any better than on WP8.1.

Bluetooth keyboard seems to work OK, but I can't get my Bluetooth mouse to pair at all.

yes same as keyboard works fine but mouse doesn't work
