Which monitor is it? usually the display port connector is the best option on a PC setup.

I'm assuming you don't have a DVI output on the 1660 (only a few of the models do) so easiest option is HDMI (and make sure you enable full range RGB in the nVidia control panel).

which hdmi cable should i buy?
the card is a MSI 1660 SUPER VENTUS XS OC

Just about any HDMI cable, just don't go for the super cheap ones, should do for a 1920x1080@60Hz signal.
