Connecting antec fans to controller (quick question)

Just trying to get this right as i have had no luck so far.

I have a fan controller so i might as well use it

Basically its the top 200mm exhaust fan. Now its an Antec Tri Cool and uses the molex connection, like they all do.

Basically i need to covert the molex power connection on the antec tri cool to 3 pin so i can plug it in to my fan controller. Now i have a few of these:

Will it work?

I have also read somewhere that the tricool speed settings on the antec fans control voltage...will that cause problems?

The connector above powers a 3 pin fan from a molex you need one of these Clicky, you should have no problem in controlling the fan using a fan speed controler.

Quite confusing though when you dont know exactly, i have a box full of the ones in my OP
