Connecting Media pc to TV through soundcard

Hi,
I have a 26" Acer LCD TV that has "pc audio in" on it. Just wondering what cable I'd need to get to run from the back of my Media center pc's sound card, going into that hole so I can use the TV's speakers?

Going to depend on what input the TV has.
If it's the same as a soundcard, then google for 3.5mm Stereo Plug to Plug Lead.
