Hey. My I access my internet at home using a BT Voyager 2110 Wireless Router (Downstairs), And a 1055 Wireless adapter on my PC (Upstairs)

My 360 is right next to my PC. and I was wondering if I can get it on the net by connecting it to the ethernet port on my motherboard at all ?

I dont really want to fork out for a Wireless Adapter for the 360.

You can probably do it via ICS, but it would rely on your PC being switched on if you wanted to go online with the 360.

There are cheaper wireless alternatives for the 360 if you do a bit of searching :)

My PC is on 24/7 Anyway :p

Any info on doing it via ICS ?

You don't want ICS, you want bridging.
I've managed to do it on my pc, after a lot of struggling.

You may need to force the wireless adapter into promiscious mode, some don't like bridging at first.
I still had to assign my 360's IP manually and for some reason everytime I switch on the console I have to run the connection test for it to work, but it then works fine. I also had to adjust my wireless router settings so that the 360 registered the NAT as open rather than moderate.
Have a look here....
