Connecting my pc to my amp

Hello all!

I have a Sony amp and am wondering what wires I will need to be able to connect my Dell XPS 420 pc to my Sony amp???

Have you got optical on sound card/board and amp if so yes get one of those.I thought you were talking about a stereo amp as you didn't mention receiver.

Definately use optical if you have it, will always be better than mini jack to rca, only next best though would be coax, either way, both are digital.
