My TV has a SCART socket, and i have a x1800xt, and an audigy 2 zs.

I want to watch movies from my PC, on my TV.

Will this cable do the job perfectly?

im just a bit confused with the audio and video bit

thanks

Should do!

You have the scart for the TV, the S Video for the graphics card, and the sound plug lead (dont know the technical name) for the sound card!

Makes sense!

Steve :)

Yeah, the S-Video is for the graphics and the TV-Out and the 3.5mm for the audio (connects to your soundcard). SCART carries both so doesn't need a splitter.

If your TV is fairly new then it might actually have a normal screen plug on the back (one like on graphics card). Ours does which means we can get 100% perfect quality when watching videos on TV & it's extremely easy to plug in and get going (plug in, change to AV & done :))
