Yeah, the S-Video is for the graphics and the TV-Out and the 3.5mm for the audio (connects to your soundcard). SCART carries both so doesn't need a splitter.
If your TV is fairly new then it might actually have a normal screen plug on the back (one like on graphics card). Ours does which means we can get 100% perfect quality when watching videos on TV & it's extremely easy to plug in and get going (plug in, change to AV & done )
