Type "connecting pc to tv" on ebay or google even and there will be kits for you.

Bear in mind I did this with a normal TV with a scart socket and the quality was poor, just need a S-Video or alike output from your PC and then the other end of cable goes into the scart on your TV.

Loads of kits around, I have one at home I think.

right i connected it via s video, the computer seems to be running but has no picture on screen... i have tried different channels but nothing :/

do i need to set the graphics card up to use s video or anything like that?

if you bring up display properties then settings and advanced there's normally some setting in there to enable the disply, you shouldnt need to try all the channels on ** tele, just select the right input for s-video

I know this is an old thread but I would like some help on something.

Out of all the LCD tv's in my house, the one that I want to connect my laptop to hasn't got PC input with only scart/video in and s-video.

I've got it working with s-video but the quality is not great. I mean its very difficult to read any text on screen.

I'm not able to change resolution on the lcd and if I do change it, it reverts back to the first one.

Is there another way to improve the quality, maybe use the video in or scart for this s-video is not worth using.
