Hi all,
I have recently got Sky Multiroom and I've placed the 'upstairs' Sky box in my office, and it is piped around the rooms using magic eyes and co-ax which is fine. However I don't have a TV in the office so I want to find some way to connect the Sky Box to my Mac. I already have a Miglia USB TV card but that only has a digital tuner in it so you can't tune in the Sky Box. I'd rather not have to shell out 50 quid for an EyeTV combo USB stick so I wondered if there was a better (cheaper) way of viewing the Sky box on the Mac? I can't seem to find an analogue only USB tuner for the Mac which I was hoping I would, so can I use any of the Windows ones or a USB video capture device?
Cheapness is the key here, as I have a Slingbox connected to the downstairs Sky box so I only really need this to work if the missus is watching something downstairs and I want to stay in the office.
