Is it possible?
I want to connect my newly built PC (Windows 7) through my notebook (Vista) which is running on a wireless network. This is only temporarily as a wall that is preventing me using an Ethernet cable will be knocked down in a few weeks.

How do I connect PC through notebook and to the internet? I have an ethernet cable which I believe will work in connecting the pc to notebook.

Thanks '-'

Also random question. I have just build pc and wondering whats the best way to leave off? shutdown then turn off switch on the power supply? or other?

That's the most cost-efficient method as the PSU won't be drawing any power at all. If it's only going to be off for a few hours at a time, I'd just shutdown and not bother with fumbling for the switch at the back.

LOL mines quite easy to get it. ok, I think I might do that then. not bad for Pc is it?? it'll still keep date and time going right?
