got in wireless bb on cable to pc lan card with no router ,can get every site except overclockers and windows update,just won't load it,any suggestions

its a direct IP link to the website if that still doesnt work, i'd suggest checking for spyware/malware with spybot and adaware.unless ofcourse you've already done that at which point in out of ideas.

tryed link last nite and didn't work
is there a reason why overclockers server might let it load web site/has to be rule setting allowing certain ip's or dns
what and why ???????????????

There's a list of them. The FAQ is your friend...
Issues with Windows Update/Microsoft in general are sometimes indicative of an MTU issue. Try the tweak tester (FAQ again) while you're at it.

got ip doctor to change mtu so l wouldnt loose any packets,got that sorted,the ip provider is aware of it,the only site have troubles with is overclockers and windows update,most have something in common,when to broadband to use tweak tester,found no issues,will keep checking web for ideas to it

finally got it sorted,the ip provider had to change setting as its a new ip provider and had to tweak it
