connecting to xbox cod4 from pc?

Is there any way to play agianst 360 Cod4 players from a vista machine? ive read somming about windows live but cant find where to get it or anything.

Any ideas?

awww damnit my bothers friend keeps bragging about how good he is, wanted to take him down a notch or too and show him how fps is really played

On another question then, can you hook up a keyboard and mouse to the 360 to use in cod?
