Connecting Vario 3 to WRT54GS

Hi Guys,

Just need some help in setting up the Wifi on my Vario 3 so I can surf using my home network.

Ive got a WRT54GS v4 with WPA2-Personal enabled using TKIP+AES.

The options on my phone is WPA2-PSK and either TKIP or AES. Which one should I choose and do I need to change my router settings? Surely TKIP+AES is better than AES on its own (only router options)...

I have a Vario 3 and a router with those options and AES works fine.

AES on its own is better than TKIP+AES - the latter will allow machines that don't support WPA2-AES to connect using TKIP (AKA WPA).

Moved my router to AES as recommended, but still it refuses to connect to it...

Must be doing something wrong :confused:

- though its not the end of the world as I still get 1Mbit on the phone via HDSPA
