Connection dropping - noisey line....

Well, I had this problem last week, sussed it was the new alarm we had fitted had a dialer on it and wasnt filtered. So I removed the two connecting wires in the master socket. Bingo, noise went and connection fine.

Yesturday I hear the hissing again while online, and the connection drops randomly...

HOW?!?!?!

What sort of internet connection do you have...

can you find out any info from your modem about the SNR margin or noise attenuation, most ADSL modems have a sort of secret control panel that gives this info about the line they are on..

Just spent 5mins trying to get the message on, im gonna go mental.

It makes no sense whatsoever totally confused, how can It come back when I took out the two offending wires, obviously its all still wired in. but not actually connected.
