We've been in new house for 2 months now and line was always between 8 and 10 meg. Yesterday and today its dropped to 0.5

ADSL Information ( ADSL Firmware Version: 232201_A)

ATM Statistics..TX Cells.......RX Cells.......TX CRC errs........RX CRC errs
.....................216964........3812330............... 0.....................1

ADSL Status........Mode State........Up Speed......Down Speed.......SNR Margin....Loop A
ADSL2+(G.992.5) ....SHOWTIME........574693........590048...........10............... 41

Modem is a Draytek 2710 router with latest firmware.

Only thing that has really changed is the SNR used to be about 6 or 7. I have seen it as high as 12 over the last 24 hours.

I don't know whats happened to cause such a drop in speed.

Rebooted everything, reinstalled router firmware. It corrected itself for about an hour last night but now the SNR is reported as 45 and the connection speed is about 0.2

Going to try another router today.

Is there anything my ISP can do to help work out what is wrong?

ADSL Status.........Mode State..........Up Speed.........Down Speed........SNR Margin.........Loop Att.
ADSL2+(G.992.5).....SHOWTIME........464761.............230400..............45.....................37

So I rebooted the router and got this

ADSL Status..........ModeState............Up Speed................Down Speed..................SNR Margin..........Loop Att.
ADSL2+(G.992.5)........SHOWTIME........1076032..................10721344 ........................12...................36

I've opened a ticket with the ISP so just have to wait see what they say. Going to put a different router on tonight and see what that does for a few days.
