Just a quick question for you guys. I ordered a new connection (new home already has a working line) on Monday and have been told by BT that I won't actually be connected from 2 weeks from date of order.
Now am I being a bit naive to think they could sort this out in just a couple of days or does it really take this long? Is there any way to speed up the process?
