Apologies if this is the wrong section. It's either this or the PC game section.
I'm having a connection problem with the game Quake live. I'm experiencing consistant connection interupts. About every 5 minutes the game freezes 4 times within the space of about 10 seconds. This is the only game I experiece this in and generally my connection is very good (ping between 15 - 30ms).
I have contacted both Quake live support and my ISP. Quake live support was no help, they just told me to contact my ISP. My ISP were much more helpful but we were unable to solve the problem.
I'm wondering if there are any tools I can run to monitor my connection while I play the game to isolate the problem. I've tried pinging a server for 10 minutes straight with no obvious anomalies.
I'd really appreicate any help as it's very frustrating when the connection goes when I'm mid battle.
