Hey guys. I'm at a friends and we've been using the internet to watch things on Netflix but recently the internet has been playing up. The conenction is lost unless the landline is in use and for a few minutes after use. I've tried switching the filter and using the internet without the phone connected at all but the problem hasn't been solved. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
Connection problem - Only working while landline is in use.

Have you tried using the test socket located behind the bottom half of the master socket (assuming you have a NTE5)? Unfasten the two screws and you'll find it.
