Hi all was wondering if anyone could help me out here a friend of mine who lives in scarborough has just bought a new dell pc and gone for ntl for the internet but for some reason apparently due to windows vista he wont be able to until its activated or something 
could someone tell me which internet provider will work for them in there area or *** the problem could be the internet is installed went round checked it out etc but wont connect at all .
