Connection question??

I have a my router set up in my hallway for my pc but i want to plug in my
ps3 as my wireless is crap.
Whats the best thing to do?
Do i buy another router and run a cable from the main one or what?
Help needed

Your router probably has a spare network port. You just need to connect a Cat5e network cable from there to the PS3, no other hardware required. If routing a cable would be awkward have a look at Powerline adapters.
