connection to tv on first boot

Hi guys im just about to order all the parts for my new pc but have a couple of questions.
On first boot can i use my hdmi tv as the monitor or do i need a pc monitor to get in to the settings first.
Also im using a logitech denivo blutooth keyboard will it work on first boot or do i need to borrow a wired keyboard and mouse?
Any help would be great.

The TV will be fine, the keyboard most likely wont.

The Keyboard won't work till paired up in Windows. Buy something like a dirt cheap USB mouse and keyboard so you always have one in case you need it for something like this you can get a set for like £2 of ebay.
