I currently have a gtx 1080 qhich seems to take up 2 slots but I also own a 1080ti long story short it ended up a freebie so ive decided to keep and sell gtx 1080

my board is

the sata cable is in the way is it a simple case of plugging into the ones below or is there anything else I need to do

help appreciated as I'm in experienced with component changes

fitted a water cooler this week which scared me enough lol

You can use any available SATA port.
Even last one without anything in others.
