Hi. Recently started having problems with my internet. Basically I am experiencing very short and frequent temporary disconnections (once every 3 minutes maybe)- in games this results in the game lagging for 2 seconds and when browsing in quite often trying to load a page and getting an error.
Then sometimes the connection will be lost completely and I will have to restart the router to regain it. Sometimes there is a message on the computer with Vista saying "error 815: remote server not available".
The ISP is BT Broadband with "20MB" speed. Router is Netgear DGN2000. Connections are ethernet.
Any ideas what this could be or where I should be looking for the fault? Tried all the basic stuff like resetting the router, diagnose and repair etc..
