Aparently ALW was so unimpressed by the standards of the competitors that he believed that the lady picked by the show would probably wimp out and only play the part 2 to 3 times a week, so he has already cast the other 'part timer' and the understudies.

I didn't watch any of this, but I've just watched some of the clips on the bbc site and I was impressed by Connie. I'm not surprised though, as she did go to theatre school. I wasn't really impressed by Siobhan, although I guess with this sort of thing people will always try to have the prettiest person.

i stopped watching after the best one got voted out a couple of weeks ago.
