Guys can we have a thead for those of us with the asus p5w.

so we can share tips on settings used in the bios and such.

i have just got my 6400 which i am having fun trying to get it to post past 300mhz on the fsb,

any suggestions?

Get the latest bios 903

Would be a good idea to post your other bits too

Try these for starters.

PCI - 33Mhz
PCI-E - 105Mhz
vMch - 1.65v
Hyper path 3 - OFF

hey up guys,

i have another thread in the cpu section,

it appears it was hyper path that was killing my o/c

cheers for the input.

now running at 3.4ghz lol need to test for stability though
