Conroe, confused about memory fsb ect

I'm thinking of getting a conroe but what memory will I need? 6400 or 5300.

I know the conroes run @ 1066fsb so should my memory be set @ 533xddr2 = 1066?
DDR 5300 runs @ 667!, does it run at this speed?, if so then surely it won't be syncronised with the fsb, do I use a divider?

Or should I get 6400 @ 800mhz, if so what divider should I use and would this be a better buy?

I'm not planning on overclocking
