Is it me or has that guy run the test with no active cooling on his E6700 ? hes maxxed it to 36c 
Current fan says 0RPM and aftewards its idle at 18c....
Judging buy the size of the heatsink I wouldnt be surprised either it even make my Scythe Ninja look small Man gotta have that Tower 120 heatsink
