Well first i was looking at the DFI Infinity, but now im unsure as people say that its lanparty counter part will come out later on and will be better..

Looking at the Asus P5B now, but i have no idea how it overclocks so im in the dark again :confused:

Still wondering if I can justify the 6700 over the 6600. I presume the DFI boards should easily be stable at 400 MHz FSB. :confused:

Thats the thing : we have seen a heck load of CPU benchmarks for Conroe but nothing about the motherboards apart from the Intel "BAD AXE" motherboard..

You're paying a £159 premium for 1 more multiplier. Not good value for money IMO. Might as well spend a bit more on a decent mobo that allows high FSB overclocks.

not sure about ocuk, but others do, make sure you get the 304 rev as the 302 doesnt support conroes.

People seem to be going with high-end G.Skill RAM from what I've seen, saying they'll easily get to 3GHz and above with it.
